The room was clean and well stocked. Would have preferred the thermostat to be manual other than automatic so we could change the temperature setting without having to call someone to do it. Although the parking is not their responsibility, it would have saved a lot of time if we knew how to pay for parking ahead of time. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

Great property. Just don’t plan on walking out the door to the left. Lots of homeless/drug users. Although there is security outside the door especially at night and with coded access we felt safe.

Amazing stay for the Bruno Mars concert as it was close to BC Place. We were also near good food spots. Enjoyed our studio + stay. Check-in was easy + directions were straightforward. Also appreciated the recs we received and the hosts checking in on us.
