Location, staff and facilities were excellent
Ice machine but I’m not even sure if they had them and a small microwave would have been nice

After a disappointing experience at another hotel, we found ourselves needing accommodations at the last minute, and Element was exactly what we needed! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally clean, as was the entire property.
What could have been a stressful disruption to our family trip turned into a wonderful experience. We truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail, especially under the circumstances. Element exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to New Orleans. Highly recommend!

The gentleman who worked until 11pm, Roberto (?) or Antonio (?) was very helpful with suggestions and places to see.
