We have mentioned in our reservation that we were celebrating my bday and I was pleasantly surprised by a gift, a hand written notice and the balloons. The customer service was impecable, caring staff, nice advise regarding restaurants, things to do, places to go. Every staff member we met was kind and professional. Jose is a star. Did not have the chance to use the pool but love having it available. We often sat in the garden to have breakfast, a drink or just soak my feet in the water for relaxation. It is a stunning pool. Breakfast was also very, very yummy and there was an assortment of options. Our Negroni's by Jose were the best. You can walk from the hotel pretty much every where in Rome within 30 minutes. Highly recomment the hotel for your stay in Rome.

The Spotlight Boutique Hotel's staff members were friendly, highly knowledgeable, and kind. They spent almost 20 minutes helping with a troublesome electronic ayment to one of our drivers.
The hotel itself is elegant with clean modern lines. One can relax in its cozy library or by the pool.
We highly recommend this hotel. Thank you.

The hotel was amazing and the staff were above and beyond
Unfortunately the pool was being renovated so we couldn’t use it on sunny days but it looks amazing

Great staff, organised only room with Terrence as requested. The pool was amazing
The white LED lights everywhere. At least should be changed to warm white.
