Appartamento moderno, bel servito dai mezzi e disponibilità di parcheggio privato.

Vicinanza ai mezzi pubblici, stanza capiente, le istruzioni per l’utilizzo salvo la mancanza di info su come uscire dall’area parcheggio con auto, in quando non sapevano che ci di avvicinava col muso auto per far aprire.

Il deposito cauzionale di 500€ ritrovato eccessivo rispetto a una notte. Eccessivo attendere alla 17 per il check in.

appartement propre calme et bien décoré , trés proche du tram et des commerces

vu la canicule , il était noté que l appartement était équipé de la clim, et nous avions un ventilateur en remplacement la moindre des choses aurait été de nous prévenir....

Simple / Prix accessible / dispo à la dernière minute / arrivée nocturne possible

Très très mal expliqué pour trouver où sont les cadenas à code. Chasse au trésor à 23h30 pour trouver l’endroit des clés puis pour trouver quel cadenas contient la nôtre. Appel de la Hotline : pas de réponse. On est 2 locataires pour logements différents à nous soutenir par solidarité au milieu de la nuit, sinon ils auraient dormi dehors car avaient payé et pas compris et l’assistance téléphonique n’avait pas répondu non plus. Une fois dans le logement : ça paraît propre mais une serviette de bain sale est en vrac dans l’armoire de la chambre, un papier transparent traine sous une table de chevet. Bref : faut pas gratter. Je m’allonge sur le lit double : En fait, ce n’est pas un lit double mais 2 lits simples accolés. Ce n’est pas ce qui était vendu. En + pas de housse de protection de matelas, si bien que les matelas sont crades (photo à l’appui) et le lit est fait d’un drap housse et d’une housse de couette … mais pas de couette à l’intérieur. Quand les nuit sont froides et humides … C’est pas du luxe de mettre la couette dans la housse plutôt que laisser la tache au locataire au milieu de la nuit. Bref 1h30 de sommeil en moins avec les différents dysfonctionnements La ventilation pour chauffer la pièce revient à faire tourner un moteur dans la pièce : ça calme les envies si vous avec besoin de dormir. Pour les lampes fluos avec télécommande : c’est du bling bling et ne compense pas les manquements à côtés. Et les lumières douces et simples améliore la sensation de quiétude plutôt que le bling bling De même, il est indiqué que la caution de 500€ ne sera pas prélevée. En réalité : elle est prélevée et ils ne te donnent le code de la clé que si caution débitée et il faut attendre 1 semaine Pour enventuellement être ré crédité de la caution : pub mensongère

Il manque un peu de vaisselle (une seule tasse, pas de petites cuillères) Un sèche-cheveux serait une bonne idée
