“I like this property—especially because the security standards are very high. That’s all.”

There were many issues with this property. Access to the property was not easy, and the host was not friendly, constantly asking us to check messages. There were also hidden costs. For example, the hot tub is advertised, but after payment they asked for an extra charge. The Wi-Fi was advertised, but they only provided a password without the network name. When I asked the host, they told me to check the box, but I couldn’t find it, so I gave up. The toilet rolls were very cheap quality, and I even have a photo showing that one roll looked like it had been wet. The shower was not professional at all — the shower head had to be held by hand. The shower gel provided was in used bottles. The TV advertised Netflix, but once we asked, we were told we had to connect it ourselves, which was not mentioned in the listing. In my opinion, this apartment is only suitable for a one-day stay, as there are many hidden charges. I also complained to Booking.com, but unfortunately there was no action or even a call back, which was very disappointing. Another issue is the deposit. It was never mentioned during the booking process, but after payment they asked for a €500 deposit, and the return time is 14–21 days. It is up to each person to decide, but please read carefully before booking. I do not recommend this property, even though it is close to shops.

Superbe séjour, logement confortable et bien situé

Excellent séjour dans ce logement idéalement situé à proximité du Stade de France. L’appartement est propre, bien agencé et très confortable, parfait pour un court séjour. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus, très agréable pour se détendre après une journée bien remplie. Le parking disponible est également un atout non négligeable, surtout pendant les jours de concert.

Propriétaire serviable et logement confortable

Le propriétaire est très sympathique et serviable. Il nous a fourni tout le nécessaire, comme l'aspirateur et une bouilloire propre. Le stationnement est facile sur le parking public à proximité : payant à l'heure en journée et gratuit de 20 h à 8 h le lendemain matin.

Fournir deux jeux de clés serait un plus ; vous pouvez toujours demander au propriétaire de vous ouvrir la porte, c'est quelqu'un de très gentil.

Excellent séjour dans ce logement idéalement situé à proximité du Stade de France. L’appartement est propre, bien agencé et très confortable, parfait pour un court séjour. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus, très agréable pour se détendre après une journée bien remplie. Le parking disponible est également un atout non négligeable, surtout pendant les jours de concert.
