This place was fantastic, Great location, comfy beds, super clean and lovely and quite. We hired a car, and we had free parking, which was easy. We had a 2 min walk to catch the bus into the city, it was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again, a really great place to stay. Very well set up. Very happy with this place. We have travelled over from Australia, and it was just wonderful.
Nothing, everything was fantastic. Nothing not to like here. Super great place.

Great location, very clean
The property is perfect, just one thing I would have liked an earlier check-in and slightly later check-out but I know this isn’t possible

The place was beautiful, on the water, close to public transportation. So clean and perfect for my family.
If I had been only coming for the beautiful view, the place was perfect. We needed something a little closer to the center of town for people first visiting Edinburgh.

The bed linens were not changed in either of the 2 bedrooms. The sheets were dirty, which caused us a huge amount of discomfort.
