The location of the hotel is good, but unfortunately, the overall experience was quite disappointing.
We booked the room after seeing the pictures on Booking.com, where the room was shown with a sofa and table. However, the room we received was completely different. It was just a basic room and did not match the pictures shown on the booking platform.
The biggest disappointment was the dinner service. We placed our dinner order at around 7:00 PM, expecting it to be served by around 8:00 PM. However, even after waiting, we did not receive the food. At around 8:30 PM, I called the hotel to ask how much more time it would take. To my surprise, I was told that dinner would be arranged only around 10:00 PM because their staff would come at 10:00 PM.
Seriously, after paying this amount for a room with dinner and breakfast included, is it reasonable to wait until 10 PM for dinner? When the dinner finally arrived, it was very basic and appeared to be worth around ₹100. I had to specifically request mixed vegetables, chapati and rice.
The breakfast experience was also disappointing. I ordered paratha, and the staff brought only 2 pieces, saying that they could provide only 2 pieces and nothing more. For a booking that included breakfast, this kind of restriction was very disappointing.
On the second day, after calling multiple times, the hotel management finally connected with us and addressed the issue. They upgraded our room, which was appreciated. Special thanks to Mr. Vishal Mishra for taking the initiative and arranging the room upgrade.
Overall, the location is good, and I appreciate Mr. Vishal Mishra’s support, but the hotel needs significant improvement in room accuracy, food quality and quantity, meal service timing, guest communication, and professionalism. Most importantly, the room provided should match the photographs displayed on the booking platform.
