Willowbend Hotel

The manager and Vera. The hotel is comfortable and clean. It is a good value.

Check in was smooth. The desk staff provided a great deal of information to help with finding good restaurants, etc. Bed was comfortable. Overall other than an occasional noisy guest in the hallway it was very quiet and peaceful.

There is a breakfast room….it is very basic in terms of food items provided, this could be easily remedied with some effort. It is an older hotel so a lot of the furnishings and finishes are dated and have a bit of a saggy feel.

Niente.

there was no restaurant, a small little breakfast area - not a lot of choice

The hot water tap was broken- we alerted the staff and they were right there to help-but they required parts to do a good fix and had the parts by 8 am good job!
