The staff were very attentive and also helped when we needed our boarding passes printed. Very kind people.

I like the design, cleanliness, and how friendly staff are. The hotel is very new and the room is well decorated and cozy. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food tastes excellent both breakfast and dinner!
Actually there’s nothing I don’t like about this hotel. Only it’s location a little bit lack of safety and dirty but once again it’s not about the hotel itself bit the environment around it.

Very convenient location, although you may need a short walk for taxis. The staff are very kind, polite and helpful. The Riad is in excellent condition, we particularly enjoyed the pool, the spa and hammam facilities (highly recommended and exceptional service)! The restaurant food was also delicious. Overall, we loved it and hope we can come back soon!

The staff were very helpful & lovely. The hotel was beautiful to look at inside, gorgeous pool area & architecture.
The location was horrendous. The streets smelt of faeces. The streets felt so unsafe on our walk back to the riad every evening, we came home straight after dinner each evening because we were afraid to be out too late at night.
