Great location outdated appliances some do not work good luck! Nice pool but dangerous cleaning device inside!
I am writing in response to the additional charges you have requested regarding our recent stay. While we enjoyed the visit, we actually had to improvise quite a bit during our stay due to the sub-par condition of the amenities. Because of this, we are completely disputing your reimbursement requests.
Please see our response to each item below:
The Washing Machine: The washing machine was not broken due to any misuse or negligence on our part. The appliances in the unit are significantly outdated, and the washer was already non-functional and failing to operate properly when we attempted to use it. We had to work around this major inconvenience ourselves, and we cannot be held responsible for the mechanical failure of aging equipment.
The Pool Safety Hazard: Regarding the pool cleaning tube, it was left exactly as we found it. Frankly, the way the hose and cleaning device were set up in the water was incredibly unsafe for guests. We did not alter or damage the equipment; we simply had to navigate around a poorly maintained and hazardous setup during our stay.
The Remotes: We have thoroughly checked our belongings and ensured that everything belonging to the property remained on-site. If they are currently misplaced, they were not taken or lost by our party, and we suggest a closer look in the immediate living spaces where they were kept.
We always strive to treat the properties we stay in with respect. However, expecting guests to pay for the mechanical failure of outdated appliances and a hazardous pool setup is entirely unacceptable. We do not agree to these additional fees and will be escalating this to booking support with a note regarding the safety issues if this request is not dropped.
