Overall, it’s a wonderful stay in a beautiful, highly photogenic house with complete amenities—including a kid-friendly bedroom with bunk beds and a fully stocked kitchen. It's in a great location near fresh food markets and the beach (only 4.8 km from Lan Pho Market). The karaoke system could be better, and the cleanliness needs a bit more attention, as we noticed some hair and dust/dirt on the furniture and corners upon arrival. If the housekeeping is tightened up, this place would be flawless. Both the host and the housekeeper were lovely and welcoming!
I’d suggest improving the sound system—the mic audio has a noticeable delay through the speakers. 😅 As for cleanliness, I’d rate it a 7/10.
