Por sua conta e risco: sem privacidade. Mais de 1.000 vizinhos no condomínio e agressão verbal
Embora a proprietária tenha dado o suporte, tenha educação, boas intenções, e tenha oferecido (somente após 03 dias da estadia, um outro imóvel) o imóvel do jeito que está, sem privacidade alguma, e com um volume tão grande de moradores, não é o perfil para aluguel por temporada. (caso alguém se aventure a algo do tipo, é por conta e risco).
O apt está em um condomínio com mais de 1.000 (mil) moradores e se localiza no térreo, sendo a unidade mais próxima da portaria: portanto, além de ter ocorrido agressão verbal na minha entrada (por parte de vizinho), a circulação de uma quantidade inominável de moradores e visitantes, na frente da varanda, torna sem qualquer privacidade, fazendo você se sentir em um estacionamento de supermercado de rede ou shopping. No segundo dia da estadia, mesmo com todos os meus dados do carro e documentos solicitados, me perguntou por 05 (cinco) vezes os meus dados. O porteiro do turno, no caminho do carro ao retorno da guarita, se esquecia dos dados (fato confessado pela Zeladora), o que formou uma enorme fila de carros de moradores atrás do meu. Não há nenhum problema em certificar os dados e nem aguardar alguns instantes em prol da segurança de todos. O problema é que um dos moradores começou a buzinar e, após eu ser abordado de forma ríspida pela Zeladora, como se eu fosse um intruso, encorajou um dos moradores a sair do carro e a me constranger, exigindo pressa para entrar, seguido de uma “saí daí, porra!”, aos berros. O estresse certamente já deve ter ocorrido antes, pois, o condomínio possuem unidades excessivas, contendo um cem número de blocos e mais de 1.000 moradores. Com toda certeza, esse fato "responde" as razões do ocorrido e da completa falta de privacidade.
