The breakfast was lovely and the staff were attentive and helpful. The pool area, free shuttle service and free washing were bonuses
The bed was too firm but that may be a personal thing. The room service was woeful. We weren’t feeling very well, so required room service. There was no information in the room so we rang the restaurant and was told that there was a QR code in the room and we confirmed that there wasn’t. We were informed that there were no menus available. So we rang reception and was asked to come down and take a photograph of the menu. When we made a phone order, what we wanted wasn’t available, so we asked if there was anything else not available. We were told everything available. We rang back again and tried to order something different and was told that it wasn’t available! We just gave up and dragged ourselves out of bed and walked down the street to the closest restaurant. It’s a shame because the breakfast staff were excellent.

It’s the best hotel I’ve ever been!!!
Everything was perfect! But the most exciting thing was the staff!
We want to thank to **all** the great staff of Amari and especially to Prince Jerwin!
We sure we go back to this place, you made our vacation awesome! Thanks for everything!

Hotel was clean and staff were outstanding!
Beds very uncomfortable!! The windows in the rooms are also boxed up so hardly any light comes in and feels really depressing.
The sun longers by the pool are very uncomfortable and the pool was also out of use for our last day which wasnt ideal!!
