Gorgeous location

Perfect location! Felt very safe. Didn’t know about the £300 deposit until after booking, however it was sent back the day after checking out. The staff were very friendly and there if we needed them. I would definitely stay again.

The location & the apartment itself, plus the beautiful cafes, bars and restaurants just a stones throw away

Great location. Not great staff.

Great location.

The staff did not respond to our messages or phone calls, when we had a problem on the first day until late on second night and we only stayed 3 nights. So that was very disappointing.

This place ruined my stay. Unhygienic, painful to collect the keys with a 20 minute walk from the apartment with luggage

Location was excellent

The experience was disappointing from the outset. Having to collect the keys from a separate location while carrying our luggage was inconvenient, and when we finally arrived at the apartment, we found it uncomfortable with no air conditioning. However, these inconveniences quickly became overshadowed by the overall condition of the apartment. On arrival, I found numerous issues as outlined to you immediately yesterday, including: * The kitchen bin was filthy and did not even have a clean bin liner. * The black kitchen cupboard doors were covered in dirty fingerprints and marks. * Several kitchen cupboard doors do not close properly. * The oven tray was left with crumbs all over it. * Plates stored in the cupboards were dirty. * The shower door was broken… hanging on one side. * The shower drain was heavily soiled. Shower had mould on tiles. Shower head can’t face down. * The bathroom mirror was dirty. * The bathroom floor, particularly around the toilet, appeared dirty and unhygienic. * There was a build-up of ice in the freezer. My daughter has an injured ankle, and after purchasing a small bag of ice for her, I couldn't even fit it into the freezer because it was so full of ice build-up. Although the apartment was cleaned yesterday, further issues became apparent last night. When we went to bed, we discovered that the pillowcases on the bed were stained. In over 40 years of travelling, I have never encountered anything like this. I could not locate any spare clean pillowcases available, so my daughter and I had to cover our pillows with clean T-shirts from our own luggage in order to sleep. There were two spare pillow in the bedroom wardrobe but the were also stained. When closing the bedroom curtains, I also noticed a hole at eye level in the middle of the white curtain. I would also like to raise a safety concern regarding the keys. Having only one key created a difficult and potentially unsafe situation.
