We made the most of our stay as we were there for a special occasion, but unfortunately wouldn’t go back. Let down by th

Very spacious, the number of bathrooms and location.

The property needs an overhaul. Gardeners, a maintenance team and cleaners who are thorough. We had a problem with the shower in the main bathroom, as it wasn’t draining. On checking, the plug had not been cleaned in a long time. The outside bins have not been emptied for weeks, so there are maggots and flies in them. When we arrived, we were disappointed as the garden is overgrown and we were worried what we would find on entry. There are no instructions for any of the electrical equipment, which would have been a bonus. The WiFi kept dropping out, which then turned the heating off, when it came back on the heating reset at 23 degrees, which was too warm for us and resulted in a restless sleep.

Brilliant property Management from HELL!!!

Superb internally presented, comfortable property with high end quality fixtures, very clean and fully equipped throughout inside only, Great family/residential area, very safe and quiet. Superb parking with two spaces on the house driveway also no fuss on street parking available.

With such a well presented and really excellent lovely large property to stay and accommodate us at as a family all in festive the period travelling from all over the country was completely ruined by Hello Guest the managing agents despite calls, emails and pictures of a serious heath/safety issue in the back garden outside the kitchen with the household/recycling bins due to over-flowing bins and visiting rodents, making the garden space completely unusable for residents and their visitors. This was immediately reported to Hello guest within 24hrs of getting key-code access and despite Booking.com getting involved who could not resolve this, not one single positive action was received or taken from Hello guest the supposed managing agent and was completely disgraceful which resulted in my guest not wishing to stay in a rodent infested property but for me gladfully my guests being re-homed in friends/family in several nearby locations. In my opinion never book a Hello guest property ever ever again as I most surely will NOT.
