Seeing it in our distance when leaving.

The property was not prepared for our arrival, even with a 3rd party app check in process with questions confirming preparation details and arrival times. Arrived to a property that had stripped beds with no linen, all the linen and towels were wet and used by previous guests and left on the dinning table. Had to sit around waiting for assistance and then handed uncovered, torn pillows to sleep and dusty towels. Showed damages to staff at checkin. One shower only worked properly, only had scorching hot water so couldn’t even use it. Entrance to the apartment is with a spiral staircase which safety risk to adults and kids. From a €200 deposit it all of a sudden changed to €300 and 3 days after checkout we are told that we liable for the very same damages pointed out to the staff to the value of €210 but the full €300 is taken from your account. Seems that this business or owner is just looking to make money and rip people off to sort the unit out as well as the customer service is almost non existent Attached are pictures of the linen and beds on arrival. The white pillow case with first on it All the towels are wet but folded on the dinning table

Good, well equipment property but poor health and safety

I cooked my own breakfast. Restaurants were nearby.

Stairs was too tiny to step up, head always hit to the ceiling , very hard to carry baggage, not suitable for children and elderly people, no fire exit, the property does not meet health and safety requirement. Loft headroom was very low, always require to mind the head.

Mauvais choix

Salle de bain fonctionnelle douche agréable seul point positif de cette horrible expérience

Les photos sont trompeuses et ne reflètent pas du tout les volumes réels des pièces. Pour commencer, l’accès à l’immeuble se fait le long de poubelles, ce qui n’est pas très accueillant. L’accès à l’appartement se fait ensuite par une minuscule pièce dans laquelle une personne de gabarit normal tient à peine. Les propriétaires ont installé une serrure électronique à code de très mauvaise qualité, qui fonctionne de façon aléatoire. Résultat : notre logement est resté ouvert la plupart du séjour. Le propriétaire n’a pas su nous aider et a même remis en question nos remarques, malgré la vidéo que nous lui avons fournie. Et nous ne sommes encore qu’à l’entrée. L’arrivée dans le logement se fait par un escalier en colimaçon qui semble tout droit sorti d’une maison de poupée, menant à la pièce salon/cuisine où se trouve un canapé convertible, juste en face d’une salle de bain placée de manière assez surprenante. La “chambre” se trouve à l’étage. Là encore, surprise : on se retrouve sous les combles avec à peine 1,70 m au point le plus haut et environ 1,30 m au niveau du lit. Il est impossible de s’asseoir normalement de chaque côté du lit. Le second couchage ressemble davantage à une étagère équipée d’un mini matelas… mieux vaut être très mince pour y dormir. Pour couronner le tout, le propriétaire exige une caution de 200 € à effectuer par virement sur son compte personnel avant de transmettre les codes d’accès. Il a ensuite trouvé un prétexte pour conserver cette caution en invoquant une dégradation du canapé qu’il estime de notre fait. Or, nous avons constaté cette dégradation dès notre arrivée. Il nous paraît invraisemblable que le propriétaire n’ait pas été au courant de l’état du canapé présent dans son logement. À ce jour, nous n’avons toujours pas récupéré notre argent. En conclusion, nous ne recommandons pas ce logement.
