Very nice property and the pool was amazing

The location isn’t the best but grabs came very quickly and we were always able to get there and back!

Efficient, check in. Riky was excellent, was there to see to our every need/request. Property was very nice, with the private pool. Furniture and fixtures were modern. The apartment was nice and comfortable. A cleaning service was provided to suit our timing and need.

The only issue was when we checked out we weren't allowed to load our bags in the Blue Bird, we had to walk 400m with the bags uphill. The local taxi operator insisted that it was a private road and didn't want to allow our taxi through.

The staff were nice and friendly, but unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing. When we rented motorbikes through the villa, we were given bikes in terrible condition, which led to an accident and a visit to the hospital. Another major issue was that the villa reception was only available until 5 PM. After that, you’re basically on your own if you need any assistance. We also noticed insects in the room on several occasions, which made our stay even more uncomfortable. Overall, very disappointing, especially when it comes to guest safety, cleanliness, and support.
