Fabulous property, bedrooms, kitchen, balcony, views. Beautiful bedding. Loved it
Finding it, parking and collecting the keys was horrible. Way too complicated and difficult and cost us 80 dollars for short stay parking while we sorted access out

The location and view from level 33 was awesome.
The apartment is lovely with a good sized balcony
Easy access to the Casino
The Key pick up was time consuming being off site with much roadworks in the area.

ホテル自体も部屋もルームオーナーも洗練されていて素晴らしい施設
フロントサービスは三流。
コンドミニアム的なホテルだったのか、チェックインに戸惑った。フロントは鍵の受け渡しに関知していないのか、他言語にも対応せず、機能も用意せず、『知らない、そちらでやってください』の一点張りでサポートする気なし。
困っていても関係ないというスタンスは、これからオリンピックを控えているエリアとは思えないホスピタリティ。ホテル、フロントの『こういうケースでは、こうしてあげよう』という誠実な統制は一切感じなく、スタッフ個々人の性格やレベルに委ねている印象が強い。
