False advertising... this stay stated nothing of shared accommodation spaces!!!
Nothing! Rude and deceitful property owner.
An hour before arriving at the location we were finally givin check in instructions... we were also informed that the kitchen, living room, and terrace would be shared spaces, as confused as we were we inquired as to how it would be shared..." oh you get the back portion of the home and someone else has the front" ... I told the property owner that we had booked 4 beds a king and 3 queen beds and it confirmed it in the room details not 2 queen beds as he had now told us were reserved for us ... but you are able to lock the doors and make your portion secure enough to be at a park for 12 hours and no worries I come by once daily and check the property so your belongings and pet would be secure, no mention of accessible keys for reentry to our portion... then refused to cancel the booking after dispute over advertising full house but not stated shared rental accommodation or shared spaces at any point prior to an hour before arriving... even though it was booked 2 weeks prior to check in. So driving on the 4 having to make emergency reservations for another location that could actually accommodate our party size and respectfully and properly secure our belongings while we were not present. Absolutely disgusted with the way the issues were handled and the lack of reassurance and resolve to the problems with the property before ever stepping foot onto it.
