Very Disappointing

The location was perfect for us

The place had not been cleaned, the place smelt so damp and musty. I have no idea what era it was renovated. I went by the review that was already listed, but the found real one's on Airbnb! They were more honest. I have never stayed anywhere where I have never met the host, on arriving or leaving! Also I have never stayed anywhere where we have had to go straight out and buy cleaning products and air freshener, the place smelt awful so damp and musty, it was a good few days before we could put our clothes in the wardrobe due to the smell of damp, we had to put air freshener in there to get rid of the smell. The cupboards in the kitchen all smelt of damp too!! On arriving we were greeted by two broken chairs on the terrace, when I contacted Antonio, he asked me to send him pictures of them, which indicates he had never visited the property to make any checks on it, the chairs were replaced, but the broken one's just left there, the air conditioning in one room constantly flashes CF which means clean filter. There's no furniture on the balcony upstairs outside the bedroom so having the balcony is pointless!!! The water pump is on its way out constantly making noise as it's never been serviced like the air con. The place is so damp the kitchen utensils were moulding, we never used them, the bedding was absolutely disgusting and badly stained, we had to strip the beds and take it to the laundry, again something I have never had to do at anywhere I have stayed!! Also there are problems with the drainage in the showers, toilets were badly stained, again we had to scrub them clean.
