Amazing place to stay

The location is very good, the apartment is quite cozy and comfortable

Amazing place in the center

The place is very big and very affordable. The staff was very quick with message replies. Its 10 meters from the city center. Since its on the top floor of the building, its very quiet and theres a lift. There street parking is also 10m from the place which is free during the weekend. There are 24h stores nearby. The couch is fairly comfy and theres clean linen for everything. Theres a working ac and washing machine

There's a broken chair in the main bedroom and the cups were a bit dirty.

Worst stay in Timisoara

The bad is good and it is in a nice area of the city

1) The toilet was not working and there were some guys that came to take a look. They didn’t manage to repair it so i needed to be at the location the next day… in my vacation i had to take care of someone else’s apartment that i payed to stay in… cool. What was even worse, at least imo, was that they knew and never bothered to tell me. They waited for me to get to the apartment and the repair guys just ranged at the door. 0 communication 0 intention of saying anything like, we are sorry, the apartment is not fit right now for tenants, we will try to fix it asap, in the meantime here is another location where you can go… 2) The AC is older than my grandma and of course like any other bussines owner they didn’t care about that and never even thought that it needed replacing. So, long story short the ac was leaking a lot of water, and it was clear that is was not the first time because it had stains on the wall in the exact place where the water was dripping. To get an ideea on how much water, in 4 days I emptied 3 mop buckets. Also it could not make the temps cooler than 26 degrees Celsius inside during the day. 3) Because any business owner thinks only about money they did not have any insect nets on their windows because probably if they payed 10 euros per window it would bankrupt them… anyway, the windows had anchor points for a mobile framed net, the net was missing or got broken and they thought it would be nice to never replace them… 4) The trend of having something and never caring about it translated also to the living room sofa. Instead of the normal horizontal shape it looked like an U. That’s because on the middle there was a pothole so big that if you hit your car on something that size probably it will stay for one month at the mechanic. Overall, i will make a booking ticket, probably I will get no reply but please, if you see this message, find something else. There are better apartments in Timisoara with way better hosts.

Good apartment, excellent location

Nice-looking, spacious, clear instructions, friendly communication, nice view from bedroom

Only 1 lamp in living room, no atmospheric lights, aircon in living room only, no curtains in kitchen, need window screens for flies (many pigeons around), online registration complicated and I got stuck, some emails sent outside booking.com
