素晴らしいホテルでした！立地も完璧で何処へでも行きやすく、治安もいいエリアで安心できました。部屋はとても可愛らしくて綺麗で、スタッフもすぐに対応してくれました。洗濯機と乾燥機が使えたので大変助かりました。ぜひまた泊まりたいです。
エレベーターがないので、大きな荷物を持って階段の登り降りが少し大変ですが、スタッフの方が手伝ってくれました。また、トイレの洗浄音が少々大きいですが、建物の構造上、仕方がないのかなと思いました。

I appreciate the clear instructions to get to the hotel and check-in since we arrived after midnight and it was raining
The privacy is excellent!
The room, it's so homely and clean. Lots of human touches instead of an impersonal hotel decor
We could hear another room's noise and conversation.
I wish they had umbrellas to borrow.

Everything! It’s a cozy and clean place to stay. Facilities are all complete - toiletries ✅, shower with heater ✅, toilet with bidet ✅, microwave ✅, coffee maker ✅, towel ✅, washing machine and dryer ✅, hair dryer ✅. Shantipan has everything! Superb ❤️
The staffs are friendly and kind too. They even help us take out our laundry from dryer and fold them for us. Thank youuuu!!
It’s located at the third floor of the building and no lift 😂 Luckily the staffs are kind enough to help us bring the luggages.

Nous ne connaissions pas le quartier, mais nous avons finalement adoré l’emplacement ! À deux pas de la station Saint Louis. Se situe au 4eme étage sans ascenseur mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé vu le confort qui nous attendait. Nous avons adoré la chambre tout est refait à neuf et le personnel est très réactif et super gentil
