Muy bueno, decoración y mobiliario reciente. Excelente ubicación, con parking gratuito enfrente y una terraza con vistas al canal de San Roque.

En mi caso que me gusta tener siempre el móvil a mano, vendría bien poner un ladrón en el enchufe de la mesilla para poder tener conectados el móvil y la luz de la mesilla. Por otro lado, el tirador de la puerta de entrada por el exterior tiene dos tornillos que podrían originar algún corte en los dedos/mano

Nettes kleines Apartment mit Sicht auf den Kanal. Sehr gute Lage zur Innenstadt. Restaurants und Kaffees in der Nähe. Der Zugang zu dem Gebäude und zum Apartment mit dem Code hat sehr gut geklappt. Kommen gerne wieder.
Leider war nur ein Weinglas vorhanden. Das Bett war sehr weich und das Metallgestell war doch bei jeder Bewegung am quitschen.

Personnel de ménage très sympathique.
Pas de parking. Celui recommandé par le gérant est visuellement proche (de l'autre côté du canal) mais y parvenir nécessite un parcours alambiqué.
Les serrures à code sont très capricieuses, tant pour l'entrée principale que pour l'appartement.
Il y a une odeur récurrente et très désagréable dans la salle de bain. Sur une semaine, c'est très dur à supporter.
L'autre déception vient de la ville elle-même. C'est une ville qui se visite une journée avec bonheur mais où on ne sejourne pas. Trop de petites ruelles, de sens interdits... les supermarchés sont loin, les plages également.
