Above and beyond!

This place was so unbelievably charming, I had trouble understanding why there weren’t more booking/reviews!! The owner explained that the property has only been listed for one year. The property is so beautiful in terms of its design elements and comfort. The amenities were all modern. The beds were comfortable. Air-conditioning worked very well. The shower pressure was . The parking was very accessible (adjacent to the property). The check-in process was very smooth. The communication was excellent. The property was about an 8–10 minute walk into the old city.

Nothing!

A perfect stay in magical Pitigliano

Everything. Mauro is a delightful host, clearly takes pride in a clean, modern, air conditioned home. If you’re worried about location don’t be, it’s a 10 min walk to town (max). On site Parking is very helpful. Everything was amazing, we didn’t want to leave. There is a beautiful view from the front porch and we also discovered nearby access to the local trails.

That we had to leave

We love travelling and on our 3 week stay i can safely say this was the cleanest places we have ever stayed ! Mauro has thought of everything for this stay and lots of nice touches like the coffee and tea and sweet 😬 Everything was perfect the house is lovely and we loved sitting under the kiwi pergola in the evening ! Short walk into Pitigliano ! Mauro was the perfect host ! even though we don’t speak italian we managed with google translate ! What an exceptional host ! Thank you 🤩

I would like to give the rating more than 10 if booking allowed, This is a perfect “home” in Pitiglian area in terms of location, nice staff the new two bedrooms home, thanks so much to owner. 這不是只是B&B，是在Pitigliano 的家，地點好，乾淨，安靜，而且非常新，更重要的是，主人 Pepi 非常好，如果可以，我希望給超過10分.

Domek bardzo czysty i bardzo dobrze wyposażony. W rzeczywistości wygląda lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Dwie sypialnie z dużymi szafami. Salon z aneksem kuchennym. Ekspres na kapsułki z pyszną kawą, słodycze. Jednorazowe kosmetyki w łazience. Teren obok domu bardzo zadbany. Cudowna pergola z kiwi, pod którą można wypoczywać. Piękny widok na stare miasto. Blisko centrum ale bardzo cicho i przytulnie. Bezpieczne miejsce parkingowe.
