Loved everything about this apartment, booked as our other place we had booked was gross and nothing worked we booked this at 2pm for a 3pm check in and the quality was amazing everything is great beds are comfy things they supply are great, you can tell this place is maintained and presented to a high quality. We even managed to lock ourselves out and staff came out straight away
Only downside was parking during the 9-5 hours.

Clean & Tidy on arrival, easy access, beautiful view.
Took us ages to find the controls to work the electric lounge suite, perhaps include it in your manual?

The apartment was super clean and in a great location. I liked the added extras like the coffee machine plus the provision of tea/coffee/oil & washing powder!
Some of the correspondence prior to arrival was repetitive - like the AI bot didn't get the message
