Great location, very friendly host

The condo is in a great location, surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, convenience stores, and massage parlors. The host was very friendly and helped us solve many problems. Thank you.

Don’t stay with this host.

The location. The washing machine was old but the great at actually cleaning clothes

Where do I begin? The host was awful. We were talking before we were even showing up. He knew what time we were arriving. Yet he didn’t bother to tell us that the apartment we booked was not going to be available because they let the person who was in there before us stay an extra night. When we arrived, he still didn’t tell us. He had his weight in the lobby for 15 minutes before he told us that we needed to move to a different apartment. We had to use Google Translate back-and-forth to understand all of this. We were fine with moving to a different room as long as it was the same size and what we had paid for. So he asked us to wait another 20 minutes until he could get a key for another apartment in the building. After 20 minutes, he then tells us we need to go take all of our stuff and walk to a completely different building the edge. It would be a better place with a better pool for one night and then we could come back here the next morning and move into the apartment we had booked. We are flexible so we agreed. We arrived and yes, it was nicer, but it was half the size no deck no washing machine and a small queen bed. No living room. He then. He tells us then that we can pay him for the one night because Booking.com is not going to so the best way to go about it was to cancel our booking get reimbursed from Booking.com and then we could pay them after we were reimbursed. And I said what? I’m not canceling the booking. You can just modify it. He said no that was too hard and too complicated. The best would be to cancel it because we were staying one night in this place. He would not get paid for the booking at the apartment we booked because he could not verify that we checked in with our passports that day at that building. I explained that there was no way I was canceling our booking. We had no problem if he wanted to modify it and take one day away and we’d pay cash or do something else and he said no that was not going to happen.
