Really lovely and cost stay
Nothing really everything is great. The toilet upstairs doesn't have a door but there's another bath and toilet downstairs so not a major inconvenience.

The property was clean and in a quiet location.
The price meant that the downsides are almost outweighed.
It’s a short drive to Stratford upon Avon and we got the train in easily and taxi back was inexpensive.
The house is actually tiny. We had five adults (friends not couples) staying and it wasn’t big enough for us to all sit down and it was a squeeze at the table.
The kitchen was also tiny and not very well equipped. The oven is a combi microwave and oven and the two ring induction hob was very slow to work.
The worst was the toilet and shower facilities. The toilet on the upstairs bedroom is not private, you can sit straight on it and you easily hit your head your head on the wall / ceiling trying to squeeze onto it. The downstairs bathroom is accessed through the double bedroom and only had a curtain. The billing as a six bedroom property feels rather optimistic unless you are a child or very short and don’t mind using the loo in front of whoever you’re sharing with. Even as a parent of small children it’s nice to hope you can occasionally wee in peace!
