Great for short stays and as a starting point for wondering around Auckland.

Fully equiped, comfortable apartment located just minutes from Sky tower. I really appreciated sufficient number of dish washing tablets and a bottle of oil.

It’s not a very nice building, the number was missing from the door and neighbourhood didn’t feel very safe.

Great innercity break for family of 6

Location is excellent - right next to the Skytower so very central and easy walk to downtown shopping and food places. Good size apartment - fitted our family of 6 easily and having two bathrooms was great. Clean, comfortable beds. Great to have an offstreet park included in the price!

Picking up key a bit tricky as offsite but can see why given location and pickup is just around the corner so not too far. A second keycard and key would be awesome so family can split into two groups.

This apartment is surrounded by mentally unwell people and drug users who sleep on the front doors and surround the entrance making it very unsafe. It is directly located across from the auckland mission. Please do your research on this area and This apartment block "imperial gardens". Due to safety concerns we checked in and check out in less than 24 hours although I had paid for 7 nights at over $3000. My families safety was my main priority. All of my attempts to get a resolution from the rental agencies were dismissed and I was left out of pocked $3000. They take no accountability for their lack of disclosure on the area, its surroundings and the buildings lack of safety. What we encountered was not what I was expecting for over $3000. They refused any sort of refund and advised "We hope you are able to find accommodations better suited to your needs in the future." Booking.com were unable to assist and have no power to make them come to any sort of a resolution, all refunds sit with the property to approve. Booking.com requested i take photos of the people out the front, which I deemed unsafe to do so. The apartment itself is quite tight, no air con and only 2 windows for the whole apartment, duct tape on the ceiling over some electricals and over a wall plug in the kitchen. Exposed screws (not flush with the floor) in the floor linking the dining room to the kitchen which i cut my foot on. Showers not the cleanest. This review could go on forever but please do your research as I do not want anyone to have to deal with what we went through.
