Perfect hotel loved the cleanliness, service and the location

Only food was a bit of expensive

I can feel the hospitality and progress in this hotel.I would like to give a special shout-out to Abdirashid from the Zaatar restaurant who provided a good service;Chef Hamze Abdirashid from the Mottolla restaurant who cooked the best food and Assistant manager Mohit Kumar from the front office who started taking care of me since I arrived the hotel.

a positive note, the hotel itself was very clean and the room’s hygiene was excellent. In the restaurant, a waiter named Abdiqani provided outstanding service every time. He was professional, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome.

I stayed at this hotel with my friend from September 13th to 15th, booking through Booking.com. Unfortunately, our arrival experience was disappointing. When we arrived, one of the guards told us the hotel was not yet open and that we couldn’t check in, despite having a valid reservation. After some discussion, they eventually let us inside to see if we could check in. To make matters worse, the taxi driver who dropped us off was denied entry because of the type of car he was driving, meaning we had to walk to the reception carrying my laptop and jacket. Fortunately, they did take care of our luggage, but it was still inconvenient. At reception, check-in took around 35 minutes even though we were the only guests being served. The receptionist eventually called the manager, a lady named Amal (if I remember correctly). When I raised my concerns, her response was simply that it was “hotel policy,” which felt dismissive.
