It’s walking distance to the beach with all the surf breaks and also super close to all the restaurants and shops in town.
Opick was a great host. He showed me around the town when I first arrived and made sure I had everything I needed. He checked in every day to make sure everything was alright. He also got me in touch with a great surf instructor. The breakfasts were also delicious

Bugs and the plants with the needles in the garden. Could be easily improved.

We had a really nice stay at Elen Homestay in Ekas! Opick took really good care of us! On our first day, he drove to all the surf spots with us and showed us around Ekas, helped us rent surfboards and a scooter. In the mornings, he would always prepare a lovely breakfast at whatever time we liked. The room is very clean and comfortable, with a table and water dispenser. From Elen Homestay it is only a 5 minute walk to the next beach where you can perfectly chill, paddle out to beach break or take the boat to inside. We loved our stay at Elen Homestay and can highly recommend it! Thank you Opick for everything!
