Un séjour catastrophique À éviter absolument !
Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement et ce fut une expérience désastreuse du début à la fin.
Arrivée pénible et abusive : Alors que nous avions déjà envoyé nos cartes d'identité au préalable, nous avons quand même été obligés de passer un appel visio devant la porte en montrant de nouveau nos pièces d'identité pour pouvoir enfin récupérer les clés.
Chaleur insupportable : Situé au dernier étage, l'appartement est une vraie fournaise. La température dépassait facilement les 30 °C, même la nuit (au point que nos jus de fruits ont tourné !). Pour 4 personnes, nous n'avions qu'un seul ventilateur qui fonctionnait à peine, nous avons dû en acheter un.
Literie inadmissible et dangereuse : Ne cherchez pas de vrais lits. Dans le salon, le clic-clac avait des lattes manquantes ou cassées avec un matelas de 5 cm d'épaisseur. Dans la chambre, les « lits » n'étaient rien d'autre que des matelas de jardin.
Mobilier détérioré et insalubrité : Deux chaises en bois se sont effondrées quand nous nous sommes assis, blessant mon fils. Une couverture servait de nappe. Coussins à l'hygiène douteuse, humidité marquée dans la cuisine et présence d'un énorme trou dans le mur.
Problèmes de plomberie et sécurité : La baignoire était à moitié bouchée et, plus grave encore, un interrupteur électrique se trouve directement dans l'espace baignoire/douche, ce qui représente un danger réel.
Service et gestion inexistants : Nous avons dû apporter nos propres draps et serviettes pour éviter de payer un supplément. Pourtant, personne ne vient vérifier l'état des lieux. On nous a même demandé de faire de la lessive et d'envoyer nous-mêmes des photos et vidéos des nombreux problèmes de l'appartement, car le propriétaire n'était pas au courant !
