We had a blast fiahibg & shelling & enjoying all the nature!

It’s very comfortable, nicely decorated & we were able to keep our little flats boat on the dock!

Nothing!

Avoid these hosts and just stay in Marco Island proper.

It served our need to be in the immediate area, but if I were going for the beach, then I'll definitely stay in Marco Island next time.

When we arrived, we discovered a Ring doorbell camera at the entrance that had not been disclosed anywhere in the Booking.com listing prior to our reservation. After reviewing Booking.com's policy, my understanding is that visible security cameras are permitted but are expected to be disclosed in the listing so guests can make an informed decision before booking. I raised this concern with both the host and Booking.com. The experience became unnecessarily stressful when the discussion shifted to the pet fee. I had no objection to paying the disclosed pet fee itself and ultimately paid it in full after a same-day mix up and little opportunity to communicate with my friends on the road since US41 has terrible service. My only concern was that I wanted to pay through Booking.com rather than by an off-platform transfer, particularly because Booking.com advises guests to exercise caution with payments made outside the platform. Once it became clear that an immediate off-platform payment was being requested, I paid the fee to avoid further disruption to our vacation. And then sure enough, this host told a customer service rep that I did not pay the fee and is trying to extort yet another pet fee out of me. Overall, the property is fine, but the communication surrounding the undisclosed security camera and the handling of the payment issue left me with a terrible impression of these hosts and the impact their lack of accountability and hysterical communications.

Extremely comfortable, the host is very responsive and cordial

It’s a very spacious, cute and comfortable location. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch overlooking the marina. We will definitely be coming back.

Nothing not to like.

We absolutely loved everything about this property! You couldn’t find something to complain about if you were the most critical person in the world. This property is amazing and wonderful! It has everything you need & so much porch & patio space among beautiful vegetation to enjoy outdoors just as much as inside.

There wasn’t one thing we didn’t like.
