The apartment was clean, has a nice view, going down the elevator leads you 100 meters way from a 7 eleven which works 24/7, if too lazy all your needs can be covered in a single location for food.
BTS is near by and almost the full path is covered with a rooftop so you’re completely covered from rain.
The apartment and building itself feels very secure as both gates get locked and to get in for cars they need approval first from security.
Everything around the area seems pretty clean.
Internet offers fiber wifi 500mbps.
You can throw away trash right at the same floor so it is easy to leave the apartment clean. I have not noticed any bugs, but if you’re from EU do not leave food piling, throw it away or put properly to a fridge. There is a washing machine and clothes get dry really fast depending if it’s not raining. If you want strong disinfection of clothing use Dettol from 7 11 or go to on nuts to get a big one. There is a gym in the complex but for my it was a bit too small, it’s perfectly fine for cardio and basic exercises, I haven’t used the pool at all. There are 2 ACs, but i always used the non bedroom one when sleeping otherwise it is too strong for me personally but i am not used to acs. Oh, I also really liked the shower/bathroom area. Did not see any mold, make sure to let the shower area ventilate properly.
Gym for serious weight lifting not good enough.One of the tower holder in the bathroom was loose, but here are multiple so it’s kind of fine
