Appartement à fuir absolument
Nous avons apprécié le personnel à la réception de la résidence qui nous a aidé à notre arrivée à rentrer en contact avec la personne qui est censée gérer l'appartement. L'appartement n'est en réalité pas gérer par la résidence les Terrasses de l'océan, contrairement à ce que veut nous faire croire l'annonce sur booking ( ⚠ publicité mensongère).
Appartement à fuir absolument.
Notre mauvaise expérience a commencé dès la réservation. L'annonce est trompeuse : tout laisse penser que vous louez un appartement au sein de la résidence Les Terrasses de l'Océan à Moliets-et-Maa. En réalité, le logement est géré par une plateforme basée à Munich, sans que cela soit clairement indiqué.
À notre arrivée, la réception de la résidence ne trouvait aucune trace de notre réservation et ne pouvait nous fournir aucune information. La réceptionniste, très professionnelle, a finalement réussi à joindre la concierge. Celle-ci ne s'est même pas déplacée et nous a simplement communiqué le code de la boîte à clés... alors que ce code était déjà affiché dessus et donc visible de tous. Cela pose un véritable problème de sécurité : une fois vos affaires déposées dans l'appartement, rien ne garantit que d'autres personnes ne puissent y accéder.
À l'ouverture de l'appartement, les mauvaises surprises se sont accumulées :
* aucun drap n'était fourni, sans que cela soit clairement indiqué dans l'annonce ;
* des alèses dans un état déplorable : une avec une tache de sang sur le lit enfant, une autre trouée sur le lit double ;
* des matelas très sales ;
* de la vaisselle sale avec des traces de doigts sur les verres ;
* du gras dans le micro-ondes et sur la plaque de cuisson ;
* aucune feuille de papier toilette à notre arrivée ;
* pas de tapis de bain ;
* une étagère sous le lavabo manifestement jamais nettoyée ;
* la VMC ne fonctionnait pas dans les pièces humides ;
* une serpillière extrêmement sale (photos à l'appui), utilisée visiblement pour laver le sol.
* un lave-vaisselle qui faisait sauter le panneau électrique. Nous l'avons signalé mais rien n'a été fait. Nous avons dû faire la vaisselle à la main toute notre semaine de vacances.
* une bouilloire pleine de tarte, inutilisable non plus (photo à l'appui).
