The local staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious.
Electricity went off a couple of times, but not for too long.

Breakfast was a buffet of mostly chinese dishes and the assortment rotates every morning. I have nothing bad to say about the staff, i got along very well with everyone, but remember to be patient sometimes! Rooms were clean, there was a laundry service, AC worked very well and thanks to the location of the hotel there was no noise from outside.
Plenty of local transport bikes called "keke" pass by the hotel so you can catch one outside the gates if you want to go somewhere and don't have a car.
Price for the room was the lowest out of all options available in this neighbourhood by a heavy margin, and given the fact that the facilities are new (i think the hotel is around 7 months old at the time fo this review) i see no reason to choose any other option.
The manager lady sits at the reception majority of the time but doesn't seem to speak english and is a bit oblivious to the guests. Other reception staff is by her side though so it's a small concern.
