Great location, only a few mins away from the Duomo. Check in process was easy, but do note that you'll need access to the Internet to enter the main door into the property (access is via a web link in order to unlock the front door)

Property is in a very good location and room was clean.
We are very upset and unhappy with the check-in . They sent us wrong address and check in instructions by WhatsApp.No response to our call or WhatsApp texts for one and half hours. We two seniors after 24 flights and transition very tired and wondering what to do. Finally another person from Italian-flat responded to our text and call and sent us address and instruction to different addresses. We poor two tired seniors with 4 luggages should go to different address 3 blocks down the road. No taxi. Carried luggages and finally after 2 hours settled. answer from tat last person was we are sorry. Sorry wasn’t enough answer. We know some time human error happens, the problem was mostly communication and very poor system. After realizing they made mistakes and sent us to the wrong address and wasting almost 2 hours of two tired seniors time they could have offered help to go to new address. Or at least an official from company contacted.
