Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top. Auch die frühere Chefin der Agentur, mit der ich telefoniert habe, war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Aber welche uns geantwortet haben war die reine Katastrophe
Absolut enttäuschend – Beschwerden werden heruntergespielt
Wir können diese Unterkunft keinesfalls empfehlen. Bereits am zweiten Tag meldeten wir mehrere erhebliche Mängel: Die Dusche war wegen des extrem geringen Wasserdrucks praktisch nicht nutzbar, es gab Probleme mit dem warmen Wasser und dem Kühlschrank, in der Wohnung waren Kakerlaken, bei zwei Betten waren die Lattenroste gebrochen und von den vorhandenen Kochtöpfen funktionierte nur ein einziger auf dem Induktionskochfeld.
Besonders enttäuschend war die Reaktion der Agentur. Statt einer Entschuldigung und schneller Abhilfe wurde zunächst betont, dass wir angeblich die ersten Gäste seien, die sich beschweren. Beim Kühlschrank wurde ohne Prüfung vermutet, wir hätten ihn zu voll beladen. Das Problem mit dem warmen Wasser wurde mit einem möglicherweise leeren Boiler erklärt und das Auftreten der Kakerlaken mit Hitze und Luftfeuchtigkeit relativiert. Als Lösung wurden lediglich Fallen angekündigt.
Zum kaum vorhandenen Wasserdruck hieß es später, die Stadt würde den Druck für das Haus nicht höher einstellen. Diese Erklärung ist für uns überhaupt nicht nachvollziehbar, da wir Bewohner desselben Hauses kennen, die sogar in der sechsten Etage völlig normalen Wasserdruck haben.
Unser Eindruck: Die Beschwerden der Gäste werden nicht ernst genommen, sondern mit Vermutungen und Ausreden abgetan. Eine Ferienwohnung sollte vor der Anreise kontrolliert werden und über eine nutzbare Dusche, funktionierende Betten, geeignete Kochtöpfe und hygienische Zustände verfügen. Sehr enttäuschend und definitiv keine Empfehlung.
