Roof top view, gym, coworking spaces and location!
The sheets on the bed feel rough, they scratch my body. Neighbors all around could see me through my sliding doors, not too private.
PS. killed 2 small roaches in both bathrooms and put oil on squeaky doors.

Location was good, the apartment had a good amount of space and key appliances: coffee machine, blender, washing machine. Whatapps operator was available and quick to reply to messages.
Check-in was cumbersome and difficult. We were given a link to upload passport, selfie. Yet there were several Whatapps messages asking for the same information multiple times - as if they were AI generated. Then we had to call and talk to the central receptionist and submit the info again. Despite all this, when we turned up, it was not ready. The security staff had to contact the remote receptionist and we had to wait again before getting the key.
The other things which were very disappointing were the small things. There was no coffee, no sugar, no detergent. Shampoo & bath gel was only enough for one day even though we stayed for 6 nights. On Day 4 when we asked for new towels, we were told we only got get new towels if we stayed for more than 15 days. For may be $10 more, it could change the experience from Fair to Excellent. Palma Suite should seriously address and improve these small things.
