We booked this condo several weeks, months ago the minute I booked it I get a call from Angela stating that if I need to stay a extra night or pet deposit to send directly to her Cash App. So about a week before we are set to arrive I send in the pet deposit spoke with her asked her if the place would be decorated for Christmas and have a Christmas tree because there would be 23 of us staying there. She states yes there is a Christmas tree. When we arrived we realized it is not one big condo it is several buildings together but are not one. I called Angela because the condo was dirty she stated she just had her cleaner there yesterday so I took lots of pictures and sent them to her also the floor damaged in the kitchen and throughout the home the couch stained she stated that she knew about all of that. So we had to start reworking the sleeping plan because there are not 8 bedrooms. What she claimed bedroom 5 is a loft area where adults cannot fit in. Bedroom 6 is a rollaway bed placed in the game room. Also another bed is a hid away in the living room of back unit. Remember I have 21 adults and 2 kids coming. We could not get the doors with codes to work on the front unit and game room so we crawled through a window to get them open. She shows up with a Christmas tree and decorations stated that she owned this property and that it needed a lot of work. Over 250,000 dollars so she had to ask her sister to come in a part owner and help with the renovations. And that she lived in each unit as the others where getting worked on them she would move to that one. We told her we would decorate the tree as a way to try and get her to leave as we where heading to dinner.
Day 2 in the back unit the fans work off remotes and they will not work. Contacted Angela she sent a maintenance man out at 8 pm to replace all three fans in back unit and to try and get the locks working but failed to do that said he would have to replace the whole thing.
