We had such a lovely stay! Dean Village is absolutely beautiful, and we had gorgeous views overlooking the river.
My other half actually surprised me and proposed at the beautiful tree just behind the building, right beside the river, so this will always be such a special place for us!
The apartment was spotless and had everything we could possibly need (the water pressure in the shower was amazing!). It was also a great location, with the option to walk or easily catch an Uber into the city centre.
The hosts were so lovely and accommodating, even messaging us to offer an earlier check-in due to the weather warning, which was such a thoughtful touch.
We couldn’t have asked for a more memorable stay and would absolutely recommend it!
It was a little nippy during the weather warning (October), but the heating was quick to adjust and easily controlled, so no complaints here!

The location was fantastic, staying here felt like being in a fairy tale. The apartment was comfortable, the bed was lovely and it had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the Bluetooth speaker, which allowed us to play music that perfectly complemented the historic charm and atmosphere of the apartment and its surroundings. The host was very responsive and replied quickly to all our requests.
One of the towels was dirty, so we couldn’t use it. The apartment was generally clean, but not spotless. There were cobwebs in visible corners of the bathroom, which looked like they had been there for quite some time. A small nail was sticking up from the wooden floor between the hallway and the living room and we accidentally tore our socks on it. We covered it with a rug to prevent this from happening again. We also had an issue with the door, but the host dealt with it promptly. Thank you for your quick response!

L'emplacement est parfait, suffisamment proche du centre ville (15mn à pied) tout en étant au calme le long de la rivière Leith dans un bâtiment historique.
