Perfect for our short stay and visit to Steinbeck center. Very clean and comfortable. Good location for station and Steinbeck Center (15 min walk).
Nothing really. Maybe to say, as Brits, who drink tea (a lot), a kettle and tea bags in the room would have been brilliant. Coffee machine doesn't cut it for everyone but no other complaints.

Good for short stay
Seems there is security issue in the area and reception is pretty much protected and isolatef

The accommodation choices in Salinas are so limited, this was probably the best
Not really a lodge, more of a motor court in a gritty area with lots of people, traffic, food trucks
