Nightmare. Unsafe. Scam.

We didn’t like it at all. We actually didn’t stay. When we had our initial check in, I was shocked at the overall quality of the area. It was not what I was expecting at all. The overwhelming smell of chemicals in the space were unbearable. All of the windows were unlocked and extremely difficult to lock. I was actually unable to lock one of the bedroom windows. Mind you this location is at ground level so the safety of my family was a great concern. The blinds were filthy and one above the couch appeared to have some type of dark spots sprayed up the blind that looked like dried blood, it continued onto the wall, but it was obvious that it was painted over. The whole kitchen had cobwebs above all the cabinets. Most of the ceiling had bad water damage that hadn’t been repaired and was just painted over. I have two young children with asthma and the chemical smell mixed with the potential of mold because of the water damage that was covered with paint put us in a very vulnerable and dangerous situation.. there were several spots where there was damage on the walls and it looked like there was paper covering it and again paint covering those spots. It seemed like that one point there might’ve been a break-in because the door was damaged too, but little to nothing was done to repair any of those flaws. When I was looking for bedding for the couch area in the living room, there was a pile of random blankets in the closet in the bedroom that were just on the floor. I was not expecting something unrealistic because my expectation was not set extremely high. I have two children that are young, and it just felt extremely uncomfortable and frankly unsafe to stay at this location. In the living room, there was also a random gas line coming from the ceiling that wasn’t attached to anything and just hung in an area where my kids would’ve been sleeping.

I would definitely want to stay again, great location and reasonably priced.

Great location.

Upstairs neighbors were noisy late into the night. Kitchen and bathroom were very clean and tidy. Only the blinds in the living room needed attention to detail...a good cleaning. You only see the soil when they are closed
