Nie wieder in diese Fewo

Die Unterkunft scheint vor kurzem renoviert worden zu sein. Die Einrichtung macht einen wertigen Eindruck. Der Fernseher ist das Highlight der Wohnung. Im WC die Tür sollte nach außen aufgehen, denn man gelangt nur umständlich ans Waschbecken.

Beworben wird die Unterkunft als ruhige Fewo - eine Frechheit (am Sonntag ging es)! Das Schlafzimmer bei geschlossenen Fenstern o.k. Hinter dem Wohnzimmer ist der Kindergarten und wir hatten ein Wetter das zum draußen spielen eingeladen hat. Kinder sind laut und das ist gut so, aber dann bewerbe ich das Objekt nicht als "ruhig gelegen". Das Regenwasserfallrohr des darüber befindlichen Mieters ist offensichtlich seit langem defekt. Eine bräunliche Krustierung und eine regelmäßiges Abtropfen zeugen davon. Anstatt dies zu reparieren steht ein Eimer darunter - ein bisschen ekelig sieht das schon aus. Der Verkehrslärm hörte erst in den späten Abendstunden auf. Die Fewo-Gegend ist offensichtlich keine bevorzugte Wohnlage. Fahrradabstellplätze gibt es auf der Straße, eine sehr gute Diebstahlsicherung ist mehr als empfehlenswert, laut dem sehr netten nachbarschaftlichen Hinweis. Wer eine Fewo in Borken sucht, sollte eine andere Gegend wählen. Bei der Renovierung wurden einige Sachen übersehen,. So waren mehrere Türen (durch Wasserschaden?) unten aufgequollen und die Farbe blättert ab. Die Hauseingangstür schlägt nach jeder Öffnung mit einem lauten Knall ins Schloß (im 9-Parteienhaus passiert das natürlich häufig beim Weg zur und von der Arbeit),. Der Türpin sollte schnell eingegeben werden, denn der Bewegungsmelder hat nur eine kurze Einstellung. Steckdosen sind Mangelware, gut das wir eine Mehrfachsteckdose zum Laden unserer E-Bike-Akkus dabei hatten. Der Parkplatz liegt neben dem eines Rollstuhlfahrers und die Abständer der Stellplätze sind sehr gering. Ach, beinahe vergessen Hundegebell zur Begrüßung anderer Hunde ist ein häufig gepflegtes Ritual; gerade morgens und abends beim Gassigehen. Hierhin werden wir bestimmt nicht mehr kommen! Ob die anderen Bewertungen aus dem Freundeskreis der Fewo-Betreiber stammen entzieht sich unserer Kenntnis, aber nach unserer langjährige Fewo-Erfahrung ist diese Unterkunft und Umgebung NICHT fewogeeignet.
