WORST EXPERIENCE! I WAS LOCKED OUT ALL NIGHT!
The apartment itself was beautiful along with the neighborhood
- the keys that I was given to the apartment were not working keys they didn’t even fit in the door and the key fob did not work. The host of this apartment did not once offered to give me another set of keys. They lied and said that the gates and doors were open 24 hours out the day however, every door and gate was locked. And they basically told me that I would have to sit in my car until somebody opens the gate. Which I did and eventually somebody open the gate.
- A few hours after the first gate lockout, I got locked out of the property AGAIN and ended up having to spend a night in my car which was extremely inconvenient considering the fact that I have seizures and I have a service dog and my service dog was locked inside the apartment so we were separated the entire night.
- Customer service had no explanation for this. They said that they sent someone out to unlock the gate however no one ever came. They even went as far as calling me a liar, saying that I was not locked out all night, even though there is both video and picture proof.
- after a while of talking to the customer service agents about the situation they completely stopped answering the phone for me and I ended up having to call off of a different phone, which of course they answered and threatened to continuously call until somebody can call me back with an explanation on why I was locked out all night. They finally agreed to let me speak to a supervisor, and that supervisor basically told me that she would only give me a refund for one day of my stay which is crazy considering that I spent $400 in total so wtf is 1 days worth.
- the next morning after the apartment complexes office open, I was told by the employees that the people hosting this property never called them and told them that I was locked out because if they did then they would have been able to get me back in within a few minutes because there is someone that lives on the property who handles lockouts 24/7.
