We appreciated the spacious layout and convenient location. It is fundamentaly a great apartment but with some irritating quirks as noted below.
In the afternoons the internet service would slow down to the point of becoming unworkable.
The frying pans supplied in the kitchen were not suitable for the induction cook top.
The shower in the small bathroom did not drain.

Great location for Train station and ferry terminal.
Nice clean apartment with all the facilities.
Able to store luggage before check-in and check- out . They allowed us to drop our luggage into the apartment as we were arrived after the time the office shut to collect!
Good for families and group of friends
Luggage storage is only available till 6pm so need to consider this. Alternative availability for storage available at train station however that closes at 7:30 pm . So need to consider this into the equation as ferries/ trains can be delayed.
Cost of apartment even though nice was the best value for money , however, need to compare with other properties for your own needs

The location is excellent. A short walk to the train station and the ferry station. It’s also just across the street from gelato and some groceries. You can see a sliver of Lake Como from the property.
Some of the beds were not very comfortable. There weren’t supplies to hand wash the dishes. There was dish soap, but nothing to scrub with.
