It was cosy and nice. Very good price for the location. The landlady and her sonwas fabulous and helped although there was a misunderstanding about the check in time.
Some smell of mold but nothing extreme at all. We coped fine. When in Rome you’re out and about anyway. And with the aircon it was ok.

Location and staff were great.
Microwave didn’t work — minor inconvenience.
Overall a very good value

The location is very ideal and easy to get to from the Rome airport as well as the various bus and tram lines. It was perfectly quiet during our stay which was during the middle of the week. The AC worked very well. The hosts were also responsive and easy to reach.
For the price point, location, and amount of space, we were willing to put up with the mildew smell for two nights as the other reviews had mentioned. Although the apartment, bathroom, and linens were clean, there were signs of leaking/water damage around the shower and drain flies that added to the general feeling of dankness. This is clearly an issue that will no be resolved anytime soon and in retrospect, it was probably not worth saving a few euros.
