Spacious apartment with a partially attic-style layout, featuring two private gardens where your four-legged friends are welcome, located just over 1 km from the Brenner Highway exit, halfway between Trento and Bolzano.
San Michele all’Adige is a hilly area known for apple cultivation and, above all, for viticulture, with important and renowned wineries and distilleries open year-round for guided tours.

The space
Casa Sally, located in the residential area of the town of San Michele all’Adige, surrounded by greenery just a short walk from the CNR Institute for Bioeconomics and 400 meters from the Edmund Mach Foundation, features a 110-square-meter apartment on the first floor (partly attic-style) with a separate entrance. It has been recently renovated and features high-quality furnishings and triple-pane windows, an open-concept living area with a large open kitchen equipped with all appliances, including a toaster, electric grill, immersion blender, Nescafé Dolce Gusto espresso machine, moka pot, juicer, kettle, and much more. Dining and breakfast areas, a small sitting room with a TV and fireplace, free firewood available during the winter season, and free access to DAZN, Prime, Netflix, and Now TV; a large panoramic window overlooking the Val di Cembra hills with views of vineyards and apple orchards. Second sitting area furnished with a bar cabinet and a large, full-height Velux skylight with electric opening to enjoy starry nights. Two double bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with two box-spring beds—all equipped with memory foam mattresses, pillows, and mattress toppers; a Chicco crib for little guests; and a dog bed and bowls for your four-legged friends 🐶🐾. Bathroom with a whirlpool tub; a fully equipped home office featuring a desk, an ergonomic chair, and everything needed for “digital nomads” to work with free high-speed Wi-Fi, a small library, and board games for all tastes and the whole family; upon request, the study can be converted into a third bedroom with a single bed. Utility room with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, shoe rack, and everything you need for housekeeping. Bed linens, towels, and kitchen linens are provided... in short, nothing is missing! A security camera is located at the entrance gate to the house, along with emergency lights and an on-site parking space; there are also several free municipal parking spots just a few meters away. For winter sports enthusiasts, we’re 15 km from the ski lifts of the Andalo-Fai della Paganella ski area. The property is complemented by a private garden divided into a relaxation area with lounge chairs and a play area for children and pets. If needed, our guests can leave their dogs with complete peace of mind at a day/night boarding facility run by an ENCI-certified trainer whom we fully trust. Casa Sally is a certified, fully pet-friendly property, and your furry friends are always welcome at no extra charge; there’s a highly reputable veterinary clinic just 2 km from the house. Towels and sheets are provided. A supermarket and all amenities are in the immediate vicinity.
For our guests who love cycling, we have a partnership with Summerbike for the rental of Flyer e-bikes; the package also includes helmets, repair kits, child seats, and dog carriers for safe transport, with the option to have the e-bike delivered directly to your home. Guests bringing their own bikes can store them safely in our large garage.
Our guests will receive the Trentino Guest Card, which allows them to travel freely on public transportation throughout the province of Trento, visit castles and museums with discounts or completely free admission, take the aerial cableway up to Mount Mezzocorona and admire the entire Piana Rotaliana from the brand-new Skywal with its Tibetan bridge, and much more. Once you receive the Trentino Guest Card, you can download the app onto your phone and enjoy the area with complete freedom. There are many beautiful walking and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity, and we’re also close to the area’s most beautiful swimming lakes.
The area is ideally located for visiting both Trentino and South Tyrol!
A tourist tax of €1.00 per day will be charged for guests aged 14 and older for the first 10 days; this must be paid at the property in cash upon check-in!
