Mezzanine (accessible via 5 steps):
- Living room with a sleeper sofa and flat-screen TV,
integrated dining area for 6 people,
direct access to the south-facing balcony
- Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic cooktop, oven,
dishwasher, freezer, oven, and microwave
- Bathroom with toilet and shower
Basement (accessible via a spiral staircase):
- Bedroom with a double bed (2 mattresses, each 90x200 cm),
closet, 2 armchairs and a small table, flat-screen TV,
changing table and travel crib
- Bedroom with 2 single beds and a flat-screen TV
- Bathroom with shower and toilet
Two dogs are also welcome to stay here for a fee!
IMPORTANT: A surcharge of €5.00 per night applies for the 5th and 6th person.
In the basement of this apartment complex, you’ll find a laundry room with a washing machine for shared use for a fee (coin-operated machine).
There is an open, covered bike parking area on the property.
This accommodation includes two parking spaces directly next to the house.
