You can look forward to a state-of-the-art, bright, extremely comfortable, and fully equipped 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor (top floor). The building was completed in 2025. Everything is brand new.
A large rooftop terrace, partially covered, invites you to linger even when the weather isn’t ideal.
You’ll enjoy views over the rooftops of Markdorf, with the Alps visible on the horizon.
The parking space assigned to the apartment is located right outside the front door, making it easy to load and unload upon arrival and departure.
All major supermarkets and the train station are just a few minutes’ walk away. Markdorf’s downtown is also nearby. A short bike ride takes you right into the countryside. The Gehrenberg is perfect for hiking and mountain biking. A bus runs to Lake Constance every half hour.
