The reception staff were excellent, very welcoming and helpful. We did eat one night at the sky bar and thought it was expensive however the view and sunset were worth it. Great location, tram stop just outside and felt safe walking about at night. Would definitely recommend. Only slight annoying issue is you cannot sit out on the balcony without having to get up every 10 minutes as the alarm activates.

Loved the hotel, all the facilities and the service. My only feedback is about air conditioning. Apparently the rooms are cooled through the walls which was pretty useless during the heatwave. Opening the balcony provided a nice relief but the door is alarmed and beeps after a couple of minutes.

Balconies were very nice to have. Glass showers take a bit to get used to, but they are nice.
